Biography

People’s Artist Bạch Tuyết (born 24th December 1945 in Châu Đốc) is a Vietnamese cải lương and vọng cổ performer, playwright, actress and playwright. Dubbed “the National Treasure of Cải lương”(cải lương chi bảo), she is the genre’s most influential and well-known artist in modern time, as well as being a prolific songwriter with over 10 published cải lương plays.
