Welcome to Cine AI. By downloading, accessing, or using Cine AI ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Description of Service

Cine AI provides AI-assisted movie and TV recommendations, watchlists, personal collections, and community features that let you share lists and comment on others' collections.

2. Accounts

Creating an account is optional and enables features such as cross-device sync and community participation. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to create an account.

3. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Cine AI offers an optional Premium subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play at the price and duration shown at the time of purchase, and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your device's account settings. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the App Store or Google Play and applicable law.

4. User Content & Community Features

Lists, comments, and reviews you post may be visible to other users. You retain ownership of the content you create, but grant us a license to display it within the app as part of the features you use. You agree not to post unlawful, infringing, hateful, or abusive content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the app's underlying technology;
• Interfere with the app's operation, security, or availability;
• Scrape or systematically extract data from the app.

6. Third-Party Data & Content

Movie and TV metadata is sourced from a third-party entertainment database, and recommendations are generated using AI systems. Both may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Cine AI is not liable for errors originating from these third-party sources.

7. Intellectual Property

The Cine AI app, its design, and branding are owned by Teqergy. Movie and TV artwork and metadata remain the property of their respective rights holders.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Cine AI is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cine AI and Teqergy are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the app, including inaccuracies in third-party data or AI-generated recommendations.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Cine AI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Turkey.
