Biography

Dipanwit Dashmohapatra (born August 14, 1995, in Soro, Odisha) is an acclaimed Indian actor and theater artist who primarily works in the Odia film industry and digital web series. Born to Jyotsna and Jeetendra Dashmohapatra, he grew up in the Balasore district. He completed his early education at Ramakrishna Sikhshya Niketana and S.N. High School in Soro, followed by higher secondary studies at Upendranath College. Balancing his academic pursuits with his growing interest in the arts, he went on to graduate with a degree in Electrical Engineering in 2017 from ITER at Siksha 'O' Anusandhan University in Bhubaneswar. His passion for performing blossomed during his college years, leading him to actively participate in stage productions. He honed his acting craft by working with esteemed regional theatre groups such as Toneelstuk, Uttar Purush Theatre Group, and the Jeevan Rekha Theatre Group.
