Jharana Das was a prominent Indian actress, journalist, broadcaster, and trained classical dancer, best known for her immense contributions to the Odia film industry, also known as Ollywood. Das began her professional journey in the 1960s as a child artist and announcer for All India Radio in Cuttack, where she produced diverse and creative content encompassing drama, music, and film.
