Alexander Evgenyevich Tsypkin (Russian: Александр Евгеньевич Цыпкин; born September 28, 1975; Leningrad) is a Russian writer, playwright, screenwriter, publicist, expert in strategic communications, creator of the literary and theatrical project "Unscripted Readings".
