Biography
Sotiris Petrides is an independent filmmaker, with fifteen short films, one feature film and selected audiovisual commercials to his credit. He is a member of the Hellenic Film Academy, a member of the European Film Academy, a member of the Greek Directors Association and a member of the Greek Screenwriters Association. More specifically, his filmography includes award-winning short films such as Balloon (2013), e-Social (2015) White Collar (2016), #NotAlone (2017), 9023 (2017), Re-Live (2019), Sad Girl Weekend (2019) and the feature film Scopophilia (2018). His films have traveled to over 40 countries and 300 International Festivals, winning dozens of awards.
