Patrícia Sequeira

Biography

Patrícia Sequeira started her career in Production but soon went working as Script Supervisor of TV programs. After seven years of experience in live shows, entertainment and fiction contents, she debuted as Director with the first Portuguese edition of Who Wants to be a Millionaire? (RTP), was part of the directing team of telenovelas Fúria de Viver and O Jogo (SIC), and directed the miniseries Segredo in Brazil (RTP). As freelancer, she wrote several short films, including O Elevador and O Elevador II - Inbox. She gained notoriety at NBP (current Plural Entertainment), the production company where she dedicate 10 years of her life and was promoted to Project Manager of TV series Morangos com Açúcar (seasons II and III) and telenovela Doce Fugitiva, both for TVI. In 2007, with the foundation of SP Televisão, she continued managing and directing fiction programs, for RTP and SIC, awarded in Portugal and abroad.
