Erik Bloomquist is a two-time New England Emmy Award Winner (Outstanding Director & Writer), eight-time nominee, and Top 200 Director on HBO’s Project Greenlight. His nationally syndicated series The Cobblestone Corridor (for which Erik served as writer, director, showrunner and lead actor) is the winner of three New England Emmy Awards and recipient of nine nominations. Erik has directed nine feature films (running the gamut from erotic thriller to surreal horror to teen movie musical). Recent work via production outfit Mainframe Pictures includes political slasher (and London FrightFest/Toronto After Dark Official Selection) Founders Day (starring Devin Druid, Catherine Curtin, and Amy Hargreaves) and summer camp horror-comedy She Came from the Woods (starring Cara Buono and William Sadler). Erik has directed six other features including teen romantic musical Intermedium, romantic dramedy Weekenders, surreal horror Ten Minutes to Midnight, mystery-thriller Night at the Eagle Inn, family-holiday Christmas on the Carousel, and erotic thriller Long Lost.
