Biography
Aaron Muñoz is an actor, playwright, producer, and teacher. As an actor, he has been seen onstage across the country, working at The Actors Theatre of Louisville, Geva Theater Center, Merrimack Repertory Theatre, The Studio Theatre, Northern Stage, Theatrical Outfit, About Face Theatre, and the Georgia, Lake Tahoe, Alabama, Nashville & First Folio Shakespeare Festivals. Television and film appearances include Stranger Things, The Walking Dead, Cadillac Records, CBGB, The Saurus (SXSW Film Festival), Yinz, All Light Will End, and Tennis Tips with Freddy Love (Nashville Film Festival, also writer/director). He is the co-writer of Lost Laughs: The Slapstick Tragedy of Fatty Arbuckle, which had it’s World Premiere at Merrimack Repertory Theatre, and is the co-creator of 2 Households, 2 Assholes: Shakespeare’s R & J, which premiered at the SoHo Playhouse in the New York International Fringe Festival. Muñoz is also the founding Artistic Director of Nashville Story Garden, an incubator for original projects that creates film, theatre, and modern media from the ground up.
